Reporting to the Pacific Sales Manager – Service, this role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, strengthening client relationships, and promoting our industrial service and equipment solutions across the Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across service, equipment, and modernisation offerings
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Manage forecasts, reporting, and CRM-based sales activities
* Serve as the primary contact for project-based sales execution
About You
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
* Thrive in collaborative environments and take initiative
* Possess excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Value safety, compliance, and quality in every customer interaction
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in service-related sales (industrial or technical field preferred)
* Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
* Proficiency in CRM systems and project-based account management
* Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and closing skills
* Valid driver's licence (essential for client site visits)
* Desirable: Knowledge of overhead cranes, hoists, or relevant Australian Standards
