We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of highly driven Beauty Advisors and Beauty Therapists. The role involves achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and developing the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Creating and executing an agile business plan for the counter and La Mer Spa.
Recruiting and retaining customers through strategic targeting and impactful in-store events.
Providing exceptional customer relationship management.
Leading a high-performing team and fostering a positive work environment.
