Delivr Group is seeking a driven and adaptable Project Manager (Junior to Mid Level) to join our growing team.
This role is suited to someone who can take ownership of projects from setup through to delivery, working across a mix of fitouts, refurbishments, façade upgrades and select new build opportunities. You will operate within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment, with exposure to both client-side and contractor-side project management.
You will work closely with the Senior PM and Director, while also taking responsibility for managing projects, coordinating trades, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Project Setup & Planning
* Establish project programs, budgets and delivery strategies
* Set up project systems, documentation and reporting frameworks
* Coordinate early design inputs and high-level design management
* Manage authority approvals, permits and compliance requirements
Procurement & Commercial
* Prepare and manage cost plans and project budgets
* Source and engage trade contractors and suppliers
* Manage procurement processes including RFQs and trade comparisons
* Support contract administration processes (AS contracts)
* Identify and implement value engineering opportunities
Project Delivery
* Oversee delivery across all stages of construction
* Manage 2–3 concurrent projects (typically $250k – $5M)
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality expectations
* Manage interstate resource coordination (NSW, SA as required)
Client & Stakeholder Management
* Act as a key point of contact for clients
* Provide clear and consistent project communication and reporting
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and consultants
Leadership & Team Coordination
* Support and manage junior team members (CA / graduates / site support)
* Work collaboratively with internal and external teams
* Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes
Skills & Experience
* 3–7 years' experience in construction or project management
* Background in fitouts, refurbishments or similar project types
* Strong coordination and organisational capability
* Commercial awareness with ability to manage budgets and trade packages
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, adaptable environment
Systems & Tools
Experience with the following (or similar) is highly regarded:
* Procore
* BuildPass
* MS Project (or equivalent programming tools)
Qualifications
* Degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering or related field (preferred)
* Understanding of WHS requirements and site-based safety processes
* Exposure to Australian construction contracts (e.g. AS4902) is desirable

Remuneration
* $100,000 – $125,000 + Super (based on experience)
* Discretionary performance-based bonus (project outcomes)

* Based in Melbourne
* Site attendance as required
* Interstate travel (NSW / SA) as required
