Key Responsibilities:
* Grow your client base through strategic outreach and relationship development within the nursing and healthcare sectors.
* Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding healthcare professionals, including nurses and allied health staff.
* Deliiver exceptional service to clients and candidates at every stage, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for healthcare roles.
* Build long-term, value-driven relationships with healthcare clients and candidates.
* Tap into multiple sourcing strategies-job boards, social media, events, networking-to connect with top healthcare talent.
* Stay informed on healthcare workforce trends, nursing shortages, and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance.
* Promote safe work practices and deliver with service excellence in the healthcare environment.
Your Background:
* You have a strong background in sales, business development, or client management-healthcare exposure a bonus.
* You have a natural ability to build rapport and foster lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
* You are a fast learner with a solid understanding (or willingness to learn) of healthcare recruitment knowledge and best practices.
* You are highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* You are tech-savvy with experience using CRM or recruitment platforms.
* You hold an unrestricted driver's licence and are willing to travel across your region.
