Senior Finance Manager

. This is a full-time permanent role based in Brisbane with hybrid working flexibility, leading the finance function across Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
Lead the finance function across ANZ, overseeing reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to support resilience and growth.
Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to the CEO and leadership team.
Optimise financial processes and reporting following the ERP rollout (Dynamics 365 Business Central).
Ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance across Australia and New Zealand.
Deliver meaningful insights and modelling to support strategic and commercial decisions.
Partner with operational leaders to streamline project and financial performance.
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
About You
CA or CPA qualification with a strong technical accounting background.
At least 10 years' senior financial management experience.
Demonstrated success stabilising or transforming finance functions during change.
Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience with ERP rollouts or stabilisation (preferably Dynamics 365).
Highly regarded
Experience in the mining, oil & gas, or drilling industries.
Knowledge of both Australian and New Zealand financial regulations.
Postgraduate qualifications in finance, business, or management.
