* Looking for a hands-on TechLead (Data Engineering) with strong DBT, AWS RDS (MySQL), SQL, and data warehousing experience.
As the Tech Lead, you will:
* Architect, design, and deliver end-to-end data engineering solutions
* Lead by example with strong hands-on development
* Drive data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing best practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical strategy
* Implement and optimize CI/CD workflows and automation
* Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and documentation
* Mentor and support a growing team of engineers
Must-Have Skills
* AWS RDS – MySQL with advanced SQL proficiency
* Solid data warehousing and data modelling experience
* Strong technical leadership with hands-on mindset
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably Jenkins)
* Python scripting/programming skills
* Code versioning (Git or similar)
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Familiarity with Apache DevLake and Grafana
