PEER is seeking qualified Electrical Trade Trainers and Assessors to deliver Certificate III in Electrotechnology and Certificate II in Electrotechnology VET in School Programs.
Multiple positions available, immediate starts, generous training and support from a team who continuously strives for excellence.
Responsibilities
As a PEER Trainer and Assessor, your role involves:
* Delivering training, mentoring, and coaching VET in School students and apprentices
As a PEER Subject Matter Expert, Your Duties Include
* Supporting Trainers and Assessors in areas of knowledge and performance
* Studying towards a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Salary Ranges
* Qualified Trainer & Assessor (Level 4): $51 - $64 per hour
* Qualified Trainer & Assessor (Level 3): $48 - $60 per hour
* Subject Matter Expert (Level 2): $42 - $53 per hour

Requirements
* Essential:
o Electrical trade qualification and current PGE license
o Computer skills
o Ability to pass Working with Children Check and National Police check
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proven ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Desirable:
o Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to study.
