Client Manager – BAS Agent – Lead with Purpose in Bookkeeping & Advisory (Stable Part-Time Role)
Location: Hybrid. Central Coast NSW (must work in our office for training and meetings, and maintain a professional home office setup)
Hours: Stable part-time role – 30 set hours per week, Monday to Friday
Focus: Bookkeeping & Advisory for small to medium-sized businesses
We're looking for a Client Manager to help manage our clients and support our team, all within a Monday–Friday, 30-hour workweek that promotes work-life balance.
Your Role
Manage a portfolio of clients
Run strategic client meetings, provide cashflow advice, and recommend cloud solutions
Review and finalise high-level bookkeeping, BAS, and payroll jobs
Mentor and support your Client Manager and wider team (onshore & offshore)
Collaborate with our CEO and Production Managers on client delivery and team performance
What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, including working within a bookkeeping firm.
* 5+ years in a client management or team leadership role
* 5+ Years of experience handling more than 25 clients
* A fun, warm, and outgoing personality that shines through in team and client interactions
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Strong attention to detail, outcomes-focused, and proactive
* Confidence leading performance reviews and guiding workflows
Technical Toolkit
Required:
* Cert IV in Bookkeeping
* Professional home office setup with:
* Dual computer screens

* Dedicated work computer (for business use only)

* BAS Agent registration
