About the Role: We are seeking a Physiotherapist to take on a community role on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. Every day will be different, but your key responsibilities will include: Assessing and treating older adults in a community-based environment A small portion of the caseload may include assessing and treating adult NDIS and community-based clients with a diverse range of health conditions Developing effective therapy and rehabilitation programs to assist your clients in achieving their individual goals Producing quality reports Ensuring the effective and safe delivery of client care Developing your skillset, participating in CPD and multi-disciplinary clinical review meetings Benefits: $80K - $100K super car incentives Flexible work arrangements Modern, equipped offices with spacious work areas Support from a skilled team of operational staff Regular social events Ongoing opportunities for career progression and professional development Tablet and laptop provided access to company vehicle About You: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy AHPRA registration Strong ability to assess NDIS clients with a diverse range of acute and chronic paediatric conditions Established skills in AT prescription, environmental modification and therapy planning related to this caseload A passion and drive to make a difference Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience developing and delivering projects and a demonstrated ability to build new services is highly desirable An ability to work independently Excellent time management skills High-level clinical skills and reasoning Accurate and articulate report writing abilities Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill set and career Current drivers licence Current police check Eligible to work permanently in Australia About Us: MediRecruit provides a specialist healthcare recruitment and career advisory service for Allied Health professionals in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
