What You'll Be Doing:
As a Territory Manager, you'll take ownership of a well-established and high-potential region across Northern Victoria, managing existing store networks while identifying new growth opportunities. You'll build strong, trusted relationships with painters, store managers, and trade partners, providing expert product advice and tailored solutions to drive sales performance. Working independently, you'll proactively grow your territory through hands-on customer engagement, regular site visits, and strategic account management. With flexibility in how you manage your time, you'll travel across the region—including occasional overnight stays—to ensure consistent support and strengthen Dulux's presence in the market.
