About Your New Job
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the role will see you work closely with the accounts payable team to achieve team targets.
Your Responsibilities
* Match Purchase Orders to Invoices
* Identify any discrepancies and resolve them appropriately
* Follow up on any missing information and investigate queries
* Vendor reconciliations
* Prepare payments runs
* Provide data and information to internal stakeholders as required
* General administrative tasks
About You
To be successful in this role you will need to have exposure to the following:
* Previous experience in accounts payable within a high-volume environment
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Knowledge of Excel
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Exposure to large ERP systems
