We are looking for our next Logistics Assistant team member to join our team at Chullora, NSW
This is a Full time, permanent position.
This is an entry level position.
Shift times
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Some of your responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
* Process, allocate and invoice orders
* Answer phone call queries
* Liaise with relevant personnel concerning the delivery of orders
* Liaise with sales representatives concerning deals and offers
* Assist with the booking of transport companies
* Run inventory reports
* Carry out filing and general office duties
* Perform other duties as required from time to time by the logistics manager
Requirements:
* Full Australian working rights
* Microsoft Office experience (high level of exposure to and competency with Excel is a must)
* A current driver's license
* Strong communication skills
* A great eye for detail and customer service skills
* Proven experience working in an administrative role or supply chain management industry is ideal, but not essential
