Full-Time MFD Tech and Third-Party Print Specialist
Based in Mildura
We're on the lookout for a hands-on MFD Technician who also knows their way around third-party print solutions to join our team full-time in Mildura.
If you enjoy fixing things, figuring out how systems talk to each other, and helping businesses get more out of their print setup, this role will be right up your alley. You'll be working with multifunction devices as well as modern print management software that helps customers print smarter, safer, and with less hassle.
What you'll be doing
You'll be out in the field and sometimes working remotely, supporting customers with their printers and the software that sits around them. This includes managed print environments, cloud-based print management, and third-party tools that improve workflows and security.
No two days are the same, and you'll have the freedom to get on with the job while knowing you've got a solid team backing you up.
Your day-to-day
* Repairing, servicing, and maintaining MFDs
* Installing and supporting third-party print and document solutions
* Working in managed print service environments
* Setting up and supporting cloud-based print management
* Troubleshooting print, network, and software issues
* Talking with customers in plain English, not tech jargon
* Keeping job notes and service records up to date
What we're looking for
* Experience as an MFD or print technician
* Confidence working with third-party print software and integrations
* A good understanding of managed print services
* Solid troubleshooting skills and basic networking knowledge
* Someone who can work independently and manage their time
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
* A current driver's licence
Bonus points if you have
* Experience with print security tools
* Exposure to document workflow or automation software
* Vendor certifications in print or IT
