Avon Community Services is dedicated to helping homeless young people aged 15-25 to promote their wellbeing, emotional stability and the development of life and social skills in preparation for transition and independence.
* Residential Youth Workers provide trauma-informed and inclusive support for diverse young people living in our supported accommodation.
* SUCCESSFULLY engage and support young people to build their confidence and participation.
* Encourage the development of young people's life and social skills to support their case plan goals towards independence and exiting the service.
* Observe, monitor and report on the progress, wellbeing and safety of young people.
* Foster team and stakeholder collaboration and commitment to professional standards.
