Chief Executive Officer Support Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring smooth communication between departments as well as external parties.
* Document Preparation and Management: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO. Maintain an organized filing system for essential documents.
* Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, booking venues, and ensuring all necessary equipment is available. Assist with event planning and execution as needed.
* Project Support: Assist with project management tasks, including research, data analysis, and coordination of project activities.
* Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding business and personal matters.
Requirements:
* Proven experience supporting senior-level executives.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
* Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive approach to anticipating and resolving issues.
