The significant scale and quality of the operation has attracted a consortium of high-quality, global partners.Through execution of PLS growth and diversification strategy, it is positioned to become a major player in the rapidly growing lithium supply chain, underpinned by increasing demand for clean energy technologies such as electric vehicles and energy storage as the world pursues a sustainable energy future.The OpportunityReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Technician is responsible for completing equipment repairs and maintenance to a high standard, in line with standard work procedures, to ensure the reliable and safe production of all fixed plant equipment.This is a permanent full-time position on an 8/6 7/7 roster (day and night shifts), FIFO from Perth, or DIDO from Port Hedland, WA.Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToComplete daily electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to achieve the maintenance plan as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.Ensure all electrical work is completed and recorded in line with statutory regulations and requirements.Assist with electrical isolations and permitting when required.Troubleshoot electrical components and control systems to determine causes of failures, including gathering failure evidence for analysis.Perform mechanical checks on electrical equipment (track in/out, interlocking, etc.
