What You'll Do
* Lead and develop a team of 30+ advanced analytics professionals across multiple squads
* Drive analytics strategy that delivers measurable commercial value and competitive advantage
* Partner with senior business leaders to translate complex problems into analytical solutions
* Build and scale analytics capability through talent development and modern ways of working
* Champion advanced analytics methodologies including traditional and emerging AI capabilities
* Work collaboratively across product, technology, and business functions in a matrix environment

* Proven leadership of large teams (30+) with strong people development track record
* Demonstrated transformation leadership in complex financial services environments

* Experience working in agile, cross-functional organizations

* Credit risk analytics experience (pricing, risk modelling)
* Home buying domain knowledge within financial institutions
