This leadership opportunity is for an experienced operational leader to lead real-time network operations teams in Tasmania. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the power system.
The role involves leading a high-performance team culture, overseeing real-time operations across transmission and distribution networks, and playing a key role in outage management, emergency response and continuous improvement.
* Lead and develop 24/7 Control Room Operators
* Oversee real-time network operations
* Manage planned and unplanned outages
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a control room environment, strong people leadership skills, advanced knowledge of real-time network operation technologies, sound understanding of regulatory obligations, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
