The role as Production Operator is a fast-paced and physically demanding job that requires individuals to be in good physical health. The position involves working collaboratively as part of a team to pick iconic beverage brands accurately, safely, and efficiently or contributing to servicing grocery customers by picking pallets and loading trucks via forklift.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate and prompt picking and dispatching of products
* Manage orders and picking requirements involving manual handling and pallet stacking
* Control inventory/stock levels
* Operate technology and machinery in a safe and efficient manner
* Maintain the health and safety of oneself and others at work
Requirements
* Holding a valid forklift license or the ability to obtain it
* Having clear, concise communication and numerical skills
* Being physically capable of completing manual handling tasks
* Being reliable, flexible, and having an eye for detail
* Prior experience in warehousing/logistics within the FMCG industry or a willingness to learn
