What's the role?

This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on technical guide—setting clear engineering principles, uplifting quality, and strengthening our community of practice.
With responsibility for defining objectives and measurable success metrics, you'll shape how engineering operates across NCA.
You'll collaborate closely with Architecture, Platform Managers, and delivery partners to tackle complex technical challenges, reduce technical debt, evolve legacy systems, and drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Leading a team of four, you'll inspire high performance while elevating engineering capability across teams, partners, and platforms.
