* Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and report requirements to the Chef Supervisor to maintain an efficient kitchen environment.
* Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen space, adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Supply Chain: Source necessary supplies within budget, aligning with menu needs and kitchen operations.
Requirements:
* Proven culinary experience, preferably in a similar setting.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
* Certifications or training in food safety, nutrition, or hospitality (an asset).
