Position Summary:
* Rise with us and supervise the Lobby Lounge service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
* With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience
* Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
* Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations in the Lobby Lounge. This includes High Tea service, operating bar service, managing reservations systems and completing daily financial reports.
* Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to the team
* Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the Outlet to ensure smooth service
* Ensuring the team are maintaining high standards of service
* Performing extra administrative duties as outlined by the Manager
* Assisting other Food and Beverage outlets on occasion when necessary
About You:
* An up to date RSA
* Relevant experience in a managerial role
* Working rights in Australia
* Enthusiastic to escalate your career
* Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast paced environment
