About the role
Tynan Motors are currently seeking a Parts Supervisor to join our multi franchised Parts Department. The position is responsible for the operation of the Parts store located within our Wollongong Service Department and has a duty to provide strong support to all areas of the Parts and Service Departments.
This position is Permanant Full-Time - Monday to Friday based in Wollongong.
Job tasks and responsibilities
* Provide the necessary services for Service and Sales Departments/Trade & Retail customers
* Liaising closely with Service & Parts Management to achieve required Parts targets for the site
* Obtain maximum gross profit for the Parts Department in line with Parts order requirements
* Stock control
Skills and experience
* Previous experience in the Automotive Industry as a Parts Interpreter or Supervisor
* Knowledge using Reynolds & ERA Net/ ERA Power
* Knowledge of electronic parts catalogues & listings
* Strong parts interpretation skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Current DMS provider is Pentana and candidates exposed to this system would also be highly regarded
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Current NSW Drivers License
