Catering and Hospitality Business Manager
Lead high-quality catering and hospitality services across our operations in North-East Arnhem Land. Based in Darwin.
* Support and guide the operational effectiveness of Miyalk Kitchen (Galiwinku), Miyalk Café (Yirrkala), Milingimbi Cafe, and future hospitality outlets and catering opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Remote Employment Manager and recruitment team for onboarding and professional development of hospitality staff across all sites.
* Develop and implement operational systems, policies, and procedures aligned with national hospitality standards.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS requirements.
About You
* Prior experience in hospitality operations leadership.
* Experience managing remote or culturally diverse teams.
* Ability to design and implement operational standards across multiple venues.
* Qualifications in hospitality management or equivalent.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations, WHS, and compliance.
