**What you will be doing and will be responsible for**:
If you are a motivated individual with a passion for organisation and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, we invite you to join our team as an Office Administration Assistant. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of our office operations and supporting our clients' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Prepare staff meeting agenda and take minutes for each meeting
- Manage staff meeting calendar, agendas and minutes
- Assist the HR Coordinator in updating the compliance of employee certificates, licenses & tickets and inductions on Rapid Global
- Assist with time entries from KeyPay into workguru
- Assist in entering schedules into KeyPay and assisting to create roster templates
- Assist from time to time with delivering stock to sites or assisting the operations team
- Manage office supplies such as milk, tea, butter etc.
- Assist in organising office team's birthday gifts and cake

**What you look like' and need to demonstrate to be successful'.**
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Current driver's license
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Sound understanding of MS Office Suite and computer literate
- Proficiency in general digital filing, document control and creating processes and templates
- Time management skills
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, use initiative and can be proactive
- Able to work autonomously and use own initiative
