Your focus will be on leading small project teams, providing strategic direction, and ensuring successful delivery of our major works program.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing and mentoring engineers, fostering engagement and leadership.Managing team resources to align with project priorities.Leading refurbishment projects from planning to completion.Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.Mentoring engineers for professional development.Addressing skills gaps and process improvements.Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related field), with at least 7 years of experience in power generation or large-scale machinery, and possess expertise in NDT, FEA, CAD, welding inspection, and hydraulic systems.
