The opportunity
As Partnerships Account Manager, you will manage key merchant accounts across your territories for Queensland.
Some of your responsibilities include:
* Managing key merchant relationships, leveraging opportunities to drive additional opportunities, and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Handling member complaints (remote and in person) about merchants in your territory in a timely manner.
* Handling merchant cancellation requests using appropriate objection handling to retain merchants.
* Collaborating with the Head of Partnerships on a 'Waitstaff' Membership strategy for your territory.
* Working with Partnership Managers to produce tracking and data reports for merchant acquisition and retention.
* Producing regular tracking and data reports for key merchants.
* Implementing and conducting merchant briefings when needed.
* Partnering with the marketing team to deliver strategic and tactical marketing campaigns, ensuring client sign-off prior to launch.
* Communicating new product offers, locations, and pricing amendments to keep digital pages updated and signed off by clients.

* Account management experience within the hospitality sector.

* Ability to quickly understand customer requirements.

* Capacity to manage workload to meet conflicting priorities and deadlines.
