Work amongst experienced peers and engage with our clients, whilst also connecting with our larger industry-leading Environment business in Australia and New Zealand, collaborating to deliver solutions to some of our largest client's most complex problems within the Northern Queensland region and beyond.
How you'll make a difference
* Deliver best practice environmental impact assessment and strategic advisory services for all phases of our client's projects from strategic business case, planning approvals, through construction to operation.
* Lead and coordinate a range of projects, organising resources, budgets and timelines.
* Prepare reports, proposals & tender documents.
* Develop effective relationships with our clients, in-house design teams and technical specialists to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
The qualities that help you thrive
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.
* Experience as a Environmental Planner on Queensland projects, ideally within a consulting environment.
* Knowledge of Queensland and Commonwealth environmental and planning legislation.
* Environmental Impact Assessment experience, including preparation of Environmental Impact Statements with clear, high-quality reporting.
* Strong ability to think on your feet, approach challenges as opportunities, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
