Job Title: Project Coordinator – Contact Centre & Network Infrastructure
Location: Australia (Hybrid / On-site as required)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator with proven experience in Contact Centre environments and Network Infrastructure projects. This role will support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives across Telstra’s enterprise and operational landscape.
You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of activities, effective communication, and timely delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end project activities across Contact Centre platforms (e.g., telephony, IVR, CRM integrations) and Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, cloud, connectivity).
* Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
* Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams including network engineers, vendors, operations, and business stakeholders.
* Support resource coordination, scheduling, and capacity planning.
* Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with governance standards.
* Facilitate project meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Support change management and transition activities into business-as-usual operations.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in telecommunications or enterprise IT environments.
* Strong exposure to Contact Centre technologies (e.g., Genesys, Cisco Contact Centre, Avaya, or similar).
* Solid understanding of Network Infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls, WAN, cloud networking).
* Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
* Proficiency in project tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Desirable Qualifications
* Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
* Experience in large-scale telecommunications or digital transformation programs.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
Pay: $700.00 – $800.00 per day
