Join us as a Team Coordinator (Governance andExecutive) where you will provide administrative supportto the governance team and executive leaders including meetingmanagement, travel arrangements, financial requirements forpurchase orders and reconciliation, document management,administering compliance training and coordinating day to dayactivities for the health, safety and wellbeing team.

- You are an experienced administrator/coordinator and prideyourself on your exceptional customer service and arepassionate about helping others.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skillsand comfortable to work across the MS Office suite and learnnew technologies for financial reconciliations and travelbookings.
- You enjoy the variety that supporting multiple team membersprovides and are great at building and nurturing productiverelationships with stakeholders at all levels, and of manydiverse backgrounds. To thrive in this environment, you haveexceptional time management skills enabling you to prioritiseand manage competing demands.
- You have an eye for detail and a lens for continuousimprovement and looking for innovative solutions to streamlineand enhance processes.
- You are resilient and enjoy working within a small teamenvironment to achieve outstanding results.
