About The Role
As a Senior Paraplanner, you will support Financial Advisers in delivering high‐quality, compliant advice by preparing Statements of Advice, conducting research and financial modelling, and ensuring accuracy across all client work. Working closely with advisers and clients, you'll play a key role in delivering tailored financial solutions in a collaborative and fast‐paced environment.

Job Description
* Production of high quality, compliant advice documents (Statement of Advice, Record of Advice)
* Write, review and prepare complex cash flow and financial modelling
* Maintain high levels of data integrity and compliance to operational processes
* Conduct research and analysis to support tailored financial advice
* Identify any gaps/opportunities/errors in proposed strategy and effectively communicate this to the adviser
* Build trusted relationship with Advisers, clients and Practice Manager
* Assist financial adviser in client meetings
Desired Skills And Experience
What we are looking for
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
* A high level of emotional intelligence – curious, self‐aware, and eager to learn
* Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and contribute meaningfully as part of a team
* High level of technical understanding (essential)
* Proficient with Xplan Wealthsolver, Risk Researcher & Xtools+
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Understanding of complex structures; trusts, SMSF, investments, companies. (desirable)
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in financial planning or a related field (desirable)
* Experience with Fin365, Advice Designer and Microsoft Office (highly desirable)
