**About the Role/Duties Include**:
- Prep 3D printers
- Unload 3D printers
- Working hands on in removal of polymer and metal parts from printed build plates (Finishing of parts)
- Implementing support structures on 3D model software
- Using hand tools for grinding, polishing, sanding and cutting parts for removal from built trays
- Equipment maintenance, materials handling and cleaning of 3D printers
- Perform other operational/production duties as required
- Learn to troubleshoot complex problems of parts to make them 3D print ready
- Good instincts in how to work with polymer parts
**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION**
- Previous experience in Additive Manufacturing and operating 3D Printers is preferred
- Experience with CAD, CAM, 3D modelling software, and/or reverse engineering (3D Expert build software and Magics is a bonus)
- Experience in suitable support structures for 3D models
- Hands on experience such as: use of manual hand tools, tool making, grinding, polishing, sanding and cutting parts for removal from build trays and finishing parts is essential.
- Experience in use of equipment such as Metal CNC and Manual Machining and/or Fitting is a bonus
- Experience with Microsoft software and general computer programs.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Current driver's license essential
- Proven strong verbal English communication skills as well as excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with a team and as an individual
