Job Description
 * We are looking for a team player who can follow executive chef, sous chef or kitchen supervisors assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation. This includes preparing food items by complying with portion size, quality standards, departmental rules, policies and procedures.
 * The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper food temperatures and ensuring that the kitchen is always clean and well-maintained.

 * Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds occasionally, and 50 pounds rarely.
 * Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around the kitchen frequently.
 * High school diploma or equivalent required.
 * Culinary training or experience preferred.
 * Three years of experience in a similar role.
