We're looking for our next group of Casual Customer Service Consultants to join our Hobart Call Centre. Our consultants are a testament to our vision and purpose.

Hours of Work
We have opportunities for casual employment in our Hobart Call Centre, with shifts offered Monday to Sunday, between 7.00am and 11.30pm.
Training
On commencement, successful applicants will undertake comprehensive training that is held in a collaborative, classroom-style setting.

Application process
Shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in a recruitment process, which will involve shortlisting via video interview, online testing, and a face-to-face assessment centre. Dates will be communicated to candidates if they are successful in progressing to the next stage.
Reference checking and a national police check will be undertaken for those candidates who successfully progress through the above stages.
We are expecting successful candidates to commence employment on 25 May 2026.
