About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Category Manager Apparel. Based in our Strathpine office in Brisbane, the role will be responsible for supporting the Category Manager to maximize commercial outcome in line with the Category and Business Unit strategic directions.
Each day will bring something different but key responsibilities of this role will be to:
Assist in delivering sales, profit and agreed category deliverables
Support in effective product management across the Category
Ensure category performance is complaint and aligned to regulations
Provide accurate and timely administrative support to optimise category performance
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will be a results driven and outcome focused individual, you will also bring:
Retail and/or Category Management exposure
Well developed communication Skills and ability to manage external relationships
Negotiation and analytical Skills
Microsoft Office suite / Excel / Word / Outlook
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business disciplines - desired
