About the Position
The medical practice is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee all administrative and operational aspects, ensuring efficient and patient-focused service delivery.
* Play a critical role in the smooth running of our private medical practice, managing day-to-day operations and supervising junior admin staff.
* Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including medical billing, patient bookings, correspondence, and records management.
* Liaise with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to facilitate seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement effective systems and processes to enhance practice efficiency and productivity.
* Supervise and train administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar medical secretary or practice management role.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficient in the use of medical software and computer applications.
* Thorough understanding of medical terminology, billing processes, and regulatory requirements.
