Forget "basic Care." You Are An Advocate For Independence. Whether Working Within Our Adult Services Or Children's Services Teams, Your Day Might Look Like

What You Bring to the Table
* The Gear: A current NSW Driver's Licence and a willingness to drive.
* The Safety Net: Current First Aid & CPR, a paid NDIS Workers Check (NDSWC), and a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* The Commitment: Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
* The Vibe: A passion for inclusion and a "can-do" attitude. Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are a bonus, but we value person-first skills above all!
