Job Description
This is a full-time role, suitable for candidates with previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional guest service, assisting with needs such as toothbrushes and directions.
* Adhere to hotel grooming policy and maintain a professional appearance.
* Maintain effective communication with the team and other departments to foster good relations and engagement.
* Champion the arrival experience, greeting guests and offering personalized greetings.
* Handle guest complaints and provide service recovery when necessary.
* Process check-in/check-out functions, including general cashiering and guest account processing.
* Offer thoughtful recommendations on hotel amenities and local surroundings.
* Utilize safety equipment and procedures as directed.
Requirements
* Excellent personal presentation and positive energy.
* Proven skills in guest relations, problem-solving, and time management.
* Familiarity with hotel property management systems (such as Opera) is an asset.
* Previous Front Office/Reception experience in a luxury environment focused on attentive guest service.
* Team player with ability to work across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Attention to detail and ability to create memorable guest moments.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
