Customer Care Consultant - Trade Store
Join us in our pursuit of excellence as a Customer Care Consultant for our Trade Store team based in Cairns QLD.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide exceptional service to our growing customer base, supporting different areas of our trade store via phone, email and other activities.
* Face-to-face customer service including customer requests, sourcing parts and ETA's on backorders
* Daily stock replenishment/stock takes
* Showroom displays and stock rotations
* General housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisation
To be successful, you will have:
* Forklift license (desirable)
* Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
