As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the hotel, including accommodation, food and beverage operations, staff leadership, compliance, and customer experience. You will work closely with owners to drive profitability while maintaining a welcoming, community-focused venue.
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience in hotel or venue management (rural or regional experience highly regarded)
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Sound understanding of hospitality operations, compliance and financial management
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role
* Flexible and reliable, with a hands-on approach
* Approved Manager / RSA / RMLV (or willingness to obtain)
