About the Role
As the Senior Infrastructure Services Officer, your responsibilities include:
* Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation to support business improvements and promote best practices in infrastructure, planning, and asset management.
* Maintain effective communication with internal and external networks to ensure consistent processes and responses to infrastructure-related issues.
* Provide high-level advice on infrastructure, planning, and asset management, focusing on client-centric facilities services and support to staff, schools, and the community.
About You
* You are knowledgeable about government property legislation, policies, and procedures, and can provide professional advice on real estate and property management.
* You are driven to improve business efficiencies, particularly in tenancy and financial management of teacher accommodation.
* You are resilient, capable of working autonomously and in teams under pressure, and skilled at building productive partnerships.
* You are proactive in developing and reviewing strategies, policies, and procedures, and responsive to emerging property management issues.
