About the role
You’ll be the senior MRI Radiographer within a local, privately owned imaging clinic in Gisborne, scanning for the majority of the week using Siemens MRI equipment.
In addition to clinical work, you’ll play a key mentoring role by supporting two junior MRI Radiographers who are already scanning independently but will benefit from your guidance, leadership and experience.
As the group plans to expand MRI services and introduce additional scanners in 2026, there will be some expectation to support nearby local clinics, creating genuine long term career progression and leadership opportunities.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ MRI experience
* Current AHPRA registration and Australian MR experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Comfortable supporting and mentoring junior staff
