**Job Description:**
The Clinical Lead is a key leadership position within the Perth Metro team. This role involves ensuring day-to-day clinical work is carried out effectively.
* Lead regular clinical case review meetings, consultations, and team meetings to ensure optimal clinical service delivery and pathways are implemented.
* Coordinate integrated intake and youth-friendly mental health services for young people accessing services across the region.
* Develop and implement robust clinical supervision in accordance with organisational policies and provide professional support to clinicians on a daily basis.
* Contribute to strategic planning, continuous quality improvement, and policy development for services, participating as an active member of the clinical management team.
