Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Developer Location: Adelaide Work Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH
Hudson is partnering with an established consultancy to strengthen its Microsoft 365 ecosystem and is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Developer to lead this evolution. This is a greenfield opportunity for someone who wants to own a platform end-to-end. You will be the first dedicated SharePoint / M365 specialist in the team, with full responsibility for designing, modernising, and scaling solutions across SharePoint Online and the Power Platform. The organisation currently operates a legacy SharePoint on-premise application and is actively investing in modernisation, automation, and smarter information architecture. The senior leadership is highly supportive of innovation, including AI-driven improvements, and is looking for someone who can uplift both the technical platform and overall ecosystem efficiency.
With increasing workload, there is clear potential for this role to grow into a leadership position, managing and mentoring additional developers over time.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the design, build, and ongoing stewardship of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
* Modernise and enhance SharePoint Online structures, architecture, and governance
* Design and deliver solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
* Improve efficiency and automation across business workflows
* Support migration and modernisation from legacy SharePoint environments
* Act as the trusted SME for platform decisions, best practice, and future direction
* Partner closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
* Contribute to architecture improvements, including exploration of AI capabilities
* Establish standards for governance, security, and application lifecycle management
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
* 5+ years delivering solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
* Strong SharePoint Online experience (architecture, permissions, information design)
* Solid capability across the Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
* Experience designing scalable, maintainable, enterprise-grade solutions
* Strong understanding of M365 governance, security, and compliance
* Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ownership mindset – comfortable leading a system from design through to BAU
Desirable Experience
* SPFx, PowerFx, JavaScript / TypeScript, C#, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph
* Experience with ShareGate or similar migration tools
* Modernising classic SharePoint to modern experiences
* ALM for Power Platform solutions
* Integrations with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions)
* Exposure to AI, automation, or intelligent search within M365

Casual Loading
