Key Responsibilities: Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), with a specific focus on Australian payroll processes and compliance. Lead or support full end-to-end implementations and enhancements, including system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Translate business requirements into system solutions, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice delivery within project teams. About You: Proven experience working with SAP Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors ECP, particularly from a functional and hands-on configuration perspective. Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and requirements. Demonstrated consulting or project implementation experience across multiple clients or industries. SAP certifications in SuccessFactors ECP or SAP Payroll are highly desirable. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
