Precision Land Management Specialist
to join our growing team. This role will support customers across our region (Orange, Bathurst and Mudgee areas) as they adopt and optimise the latest precision agriculture systems.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting customers with the selection, set-up, calibration, and integration of precision land management hardware and software.
Delivering training, demonstrations, and ongoing technical support to help clients get the most out of their PLM systems.
Staying current with emerging precision technologies, tools, and industry best practice.
Working closely with the wider On-Trac Ag sales and service teams to promote precision solutions and drive on-farm efficiencies.
Trouble-shooting GPS, guidance, connectivity, and implement-control issues both remotely and on-farm.
Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions, system configurations, subscriptions and service outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications or experience in precision ag, agricultural technology, electrical/digital, or a related field are highly regarded.
Strong technical ability and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in practical, easy-to-understand ways.
A genuine passion for agriculture and a desire to help farmers improve productivity through smarter technology.
Willingness to travel to farms and attend industry training or events as required.
Flexibility to manage seasonal workloads, including occasional extended hours when needed.
