The Role You’ll be responsible for delivering integrated Facilities Management services across the premises, while also leading other FM team members and contractors. You’ll act as the primary senior point of contact on site for any issues or services escalation, ensuring operational, financial performance and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day facility operations across sites. Develop and maintain strategic financial budgets and outcomes for your portfolio. Oversee technical delivery across sites with support for facilities managers and tradies; ensuring effective asset management strategies are implemented and met. Key focus is client relationship management as the primary point of contact. Maintain high levels of operational efficiency in service delivery and ensure overall productivity KPI budgets are met. Requirements: At least 5 years’ experience managing a team of technical or integrated Facilities Management staff within commercial or industrial sites. Strong experience in delivering compliance and operational excellence on sites. Demonstrated experience of setting clear direction and timeframes to meet KPIs in prior contracts. A tertiary qualification either in business management or engineering.
