What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting people with complex needs and trauma backgrounds
* Providing respectful personal care and daily living support
* Implementing behaviour support strategies with guidance from our therapy team
* Helping clients build independence, confidence and connection
* Being part of a team that asks “What one problem can we fix this month?”
What You’ll Need
* Two professional references
* Willingness to work with complex behaviours and health needs
* NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check, First Aid, Police Check and Driver’s Licence
* A heart for people and a head for safety
