Our client is a major, volume franchise new car dealership situated in the lower Gold Coast area. They are seeking New and Used Car Sales Consultants to join their busy team. The dealership offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities, a friendly working environment and an excellent income stream. Trading is Monday to Saturday with Sundays closed. An 11 day fortnight roster system applies, with Saturday work being mandatory.
Applicants for these positions must have current or recent New or Used Car sales experience gained in a franchised dealership environment. You will; be well presented, well spoken and have solid sales, people-handling, organizational and closing skills, be totally reliable and be seeking a long tern position. You will also have the drive and energy to succeed, taking advantage of all opportunities. In return, you will have a well rewarded career with a solid future.
Salary on offer will consist of a retainer of $60k, Super, Commission structure expected to fall in the $4 to $5k per month range, and your choice of a car and fuel or a car allowance of $100 per week.
