: As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, maintain high food standards, and drive service excellence. You'll take ownership of prep, cooking, rostering, ordering, and mentoring the team, ensuring smooth service even on the busiest nights.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a high-volume venue
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for fresh, quality produce and consistency
Experience in stock control, food safety & compliance
Ability to train, mentor, and inspire junior kitchen staff
